Baby Corn Rolls


                                                       Ingredients:
1 packet of medium size baby corn  
1 cup boiled potatoes
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 green chillies finely chopped
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped
1 tbsp schezwan masala or sauce.
 Salt as per taste
 Oil for frying
  

Method: 
Boil water in a pan. Add salt and then add Baby corn. Keep it for 5 mins.

Take a bowl . Add schezwan masala and Baby corn. Mix the mixture and keep it aside for an hour.

Take another bowl. Add boiled potatoes, bread crumbs , red chilli powder, green chillies , coriander leaves and salt. Mix the mixture well.

Grease your hands well with some oil. Take a small portion of potato mixture on your palm. Press it and put a baby corn. Wrap the baby corn in the potato mixture. 

Heat oil in a kadai and add the baby corn. Deep fry until golden brown.

Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
