Ingredients:
- Mushroom - 2 cups (diced)
- Peas - 1 cup (boiled)
- Onion - 2(chopped)
- Tomato - 3 (chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cashewnut and Pumpkin seeds paste - 2 tsp
- Butter - 2 tsp
- Oil - 4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Coriander leaves - ¼ cup
- Kasuri methi(Dried Methi) - 1/2 tsp
- Water according to the consistency required
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 tsp
Method:
1. Heat Oil in a thick bottom pan.Add chopped onions. Saute till they turn light brown. Then add chopped tomatoes. Saute the mixture till the tomatoes become soft.
2. Cool the above mixture and grind it into a paste.
3.Take another pan.Heat oil , butter and the add ginger garlic paste. Saute till the paste becomes trasclucent. Then add the above mixture.
4. Cook the mixture till the oil leaves it sides. Add kasuri methi,cashewnut and pumpkin seedds paste.
5.Add the rest of the masalas with salt.
6. Then Pour little water and add mushrooms. Please note ,do not ass much water as mushrooms leave water.
7. Then add peas and let it boil on low flame for 5 to 7 mins.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves and butter.
